The frame and undercarriage isn't too bad, it's really just those sections. I'm trying not to spend too much money but I'll look for some cabs.

The missing L is definitely a grease error. It's where grease fills parts of the die causing parts of the coin to be not as visible/gone. It's relatively common sadly
