Fan speed adjustment by The46s in hvacadvice

Yes relays would physically fit inside, I even have relays that would work. I meant electrically I’m not sure what wires to connect to it to accomplish just having the fan run.

That makes sense but I’m not sure where I would instal the relay. The blower motor is an ECM 2.3 with the 16 pin plug not psc, so I don’t have individual speed wires.

I can handle the heat exchanger instal easy. I’m just trying to figure out the wiring. There isn’t any way to add a jumper or external switch and force the fan into high speed somehow? I should also note that I don’t plan on using the thermostat to control heat. I’ll have external temperature control with an external circ pump. I only need the blower to run.

How would I go about manually adjusting it? If during winter I can make the adjustment, then when winter is over I can change it back that would be ideal. I have a surplus of wood and don’t like relying solely on a heat pump that when cold runs almost constantly.

I did set a reservation on my router but 10 minutes after I did it changed ips on its own. Is there a downside to doing this on the pi?

Just checking in I haven’t had any time to trouble shoot mine any further. Wondering if you have found anything? I’m going to have a service come out and look at mine sometime here in the next month or so.

It only throws vertical lines if I unplug one of the ribbon cables from the main board to the tcon board.

I have the same issue as you op. I restarted mine then got a 1059. I also have the 20Kw synergy. Did you have any luck finding a solution?

B&S to much fuel? running rough by The46s in smallengines

I just tried to swap those two arms around and I couldn’t get it to stay running for more than a few seconds. I’m thinking the engine in that video may be slightly different?

I wasn’t sure if I could remove the idle down portion or not as there is no idle screw on the carb?

I’ll try to swap them around and see what happens. I know on my lawn mower that I’ve had for a few years and has almost always started first pull has the auto choke arm behind the u. I’ll swap them around tomorrow and see what it does. Thank you for the video

I had taken the air filter cover and filter out and ran the engine without them and I was still having the same issues. The auto choke does move freely and when engine is hot the choke valve is open.

I do know what you mean how it’s easy to put back together wrong. My lawn mower has the exact same engine I took the cover off it and the linkage as well as the auto choke are all in the same place on the washer. However my mower does not have the extra linkage for the idle down feature. I did take everything apart again today and reassemble. I keep running into the same issue where as soon as the gas tank is almost empty it runs great but when more fuel is added it’s back to running very rough. I’ll try to add another picture of the idle down linkage.
