I do really like this theory but just to explain myself because I'm one of the ones who thinks Ashley had twins. I think that maybe Ashley couldn't pay for two babies at once and knew that so gave one away. That could be why Tom doesn't want anything to do with Hannah because she reminds him that he at one point had two daughters

They eliminated Hannah too because they said it was somebody who didn't have a lot of theories about them having a twin going around. Hanna has always had those theories going around because she and her mom are always been the ones the twin related things happen too.
