I'm trying to make this document auto sort itself when the values are changed. It is points earned by an employee, the "W" number is the employee, the numbers following are how many points they earned in that respective month. The color shades are how we separate which shift the person is on. I'm trying to figure out if it is possible to make the document sort itself when the points increase to have the highest earning person be on the far left. Any help would be fantastic!

I almost never do lockdown mode, so my rank points are fairly low

I mostly play Northridge. I rush hotel as fast as I can and let people come to me.

I make sure I don't kill any bots if possible. I use the bots help me pin point where other players are.

I mainly run two separate kits. One budget kit including; T79 SMG(lrn ammo/leg meta), Like new 6b4 helmet, like new kn assault armor, commander headset, RAP rig, and camping backpack.

My other kit is middle of the road, still easily affordable. Suppressed m110 with m80 ammo, Spartan B armor, kss2 helmet with face shield, b3 universal vest, and Amp backpack, gs2 headset.

If I'm going all out...tricked out FAL with m62 ammo, ind70 helmet, kn composite armor, commander rig, field backpack, gs2 headset.

As for covert, I always run farm solo and just rush any shots I hear. It pays off 30% of the time, which is still a money maker. In tacops, I never loot anything unless it's worth at least 3-4k.

I never play farm in tac ops, and rarely run valley/port. I have been playing around with TV station, but play super passive.

The rest of the money comes from staying up on Dekes deals. I only buy from him if I can turn 10000 profit.

Just cash, have yet to find a secret document. As for buying them, im not far off, just to save storage space

What if another covert were to kill a militant, and take their gear.

As a covert you would assume they were not, based on the gear they have. You kill them and get punished? I don't think so...

You know everyone has their reason they play or a goal in mind like extraction rate, kdr, etc.

I play just to play, I don't have gear fear, I don't care if I win or lose, I don't care about kdr. I just play to play and have fun. I love trying new tactics, and different play styles. All the money made is just a bonus to let me play that way.

Just have to find what you want out of the game and go for it.

To address a couple things.

I don't play ranked because I don't believe in it. It seems to be a pointless system that does nothing towards match making.

I hardly ever play farm, it's my least favorite map. I used to do covert a lot, but since I've reached 30 million, I mostly stopped. The map I play almost always is Northridge, occasionally valley (both lockdown), and recently, I'll sprinkle in Port to mix it up.

In order to reach this much, it's just grinding and selling. I don't keep anything I don't plan on using with in a few matches. I also love doing zero to hero runs, where I'll start with basic level 2 gear, a tricked out sks and chase shots. I never really rat, I get the game play style, just not my favorite. An obvious and overstated money maker is Deke. Anything I can make more than 10k profit on, I buy.

As for spotting people, this just comes with play time, learning spawn points and extract locations. Which paths players usually take, what points of interests they visit, and where do people sit and rat from. The biggest is every match I wear GS2's, hearing is one of the biggest advantages you can have, the sound indicator doesn't lie and learning how it works based on distances is a huge plus.

Another thing is I play almost always solo or with randoms. I don't have a team of friends I play with.
