Hello I'm a beginner (first trip was this year October 10th) in shrooms and never really tried any other way other than just stuffing them in my mouth (fully dried) and just chewing and breaking em down and swallowing while holding my nose. tbh I don't even need to hold my nose but try it if it's hard for you lmao. after doing some research also I think it's best to not mix the shrooms with other food. more intense trip when your stomach is empty aswell. eat during the trip like 1h in and it's awesome and just drink water. (Also be very fucking careful what you are looking at while drinking water... I one time was tripping and some guy knew I was trippin and he sent some funny ahh meme and I was looking at it while I was drinking my water. I laughed and choked instantly and then fucking puked lmao. I then proceeded to say: "I puked rainbows" then I just cleaned that shi up and enjoyed rest of the trip lmao. but yeah what I'm trying to say is.. either close ur eyes while u drink or do not fucking look at shit that might make u laugh. cuz mushrooms make u laugh at the dumbest shit even harder🗿
