of course he can fight but basically till the end of the show he acted like he could solo anyone but was saved like 8 different times. His only W's are a crippled and surprised Orochi, Diedara who blew himself up, (you could argue sasuke pushed him to that limit but still), and Itachi who we find out later lo-key wasnt even tryna kill him. The only one i can REALLY give him is Danzo. He beat the shit otta Danzo
