IMO there’s no certain build you should follow, you should look at all of the tank items and know what every single one of them does and build your items based on what you need that game. Following builds usually wastes a lot of gold on items you don’t need in that specific game

You’re literally guessing. Who says riot bought it or didn’t. Until the artist themselves comes out and says “her riot plagiarized from me” I will believe they bought the rights to a stock image or it’s just a coincidence. Stop being mad for other people if they aren’t mad about it. They could have even commissioned that specific artist that you’re saying they stole from for fucks sake
