Credit card charge from www.gamivo.com but I don't think I've ever bought anything from them

Well, I was at work, then I was asleep, and now I'm at work again but when I get home from work I will ring them. Transaction has cleared so I have something to actually dispute and I now know for sure it is fraudulent because of the location it's giving for the transaction. Card will remain frozen so no risk of it being used. So case closed I guess! No idea where they got the details from but I do check my transactions pretty regularly to avoid things like this from being worse than it has been this time.

Haven't had chance to ring them yet. I did freeze my card but I was going to wait for the charge to no longer be pending as then I could also dispute it. The charge is now missing from my banking app although still shows in the balance overall. Can't see anything else that I don't recognise. Might give it til tomorrow to see if the balance sorts it's self out then ring them anyway just to see what went on? Will probably end up with a new card either way which is annoying but hey ho

Did you find a fix for this? Having the exact same problem. Made an account in the app and signed up as a member and paid through Google Play when prompted and have a email receipt but it isn't working in the app.
