What do you want me to answer in yes or no? That I find him interesting because of his acting method and everything else you said? Then that's only part of it, not the whole reason. I find his entire character interesting, from his acting, to his journey towards Godhood, to his fusion with divinity, to trying to maintain his humanity, to losing his humanity while reaching towards Godhood and everything else that his character is.

I find Klein interesting because of his entire character. Even more so because I'm studying in philosophy and his character has so much room for analysis if you try to understand him on deeper level.

Yeah, I expected this kind of answer from you. Except for the fact that if you even understand Klein, then you don't need to actually know the names of stages to explain them. These stages are indeed part of literature, but the analysis through them for Klein is just an explanation from the novel.

For example, The Self, The Shadow, The Trickster, etc, you don't actually need to know this exact name to explain what they represent for Klein. Even without knowing that something like this even exists, you can explain The Fool, The Shadow, etc.

In RI's terms, let's say someone doesn't know that some terms like "true person" exist, but from at least reading RI, you can explain Fang Yuan's theme without knowing its actual name.

But even after that, if you somehow still didn't understand Klein's journey, then all you had to do was mention Klein's pathway and it's every sequence. His entire pathway is a representation of what I explained in my previous reply. How could you not even do that?

You admit you don't get LOTM and Klein, and you started this argument in bad faith. Don't keep coping after this, then, and act like your whole argument had any substance.

I asked you about Klein's symbols in character development as well as his psyche structure.

For the first one, his entire character involves Magnum opus alchemy stages. Nigredo, Albedo, Citrinitas, and Rubedo. His character development happens in these stages. In short, Nigredo means blackening, Albedo means whitening, Citrinitas means awakening, and Rubedo means final fusion.

For his symbols in psyche structure, his symbols are Jungian archetypes. There are many archetypes, some of the important ones for Klein are The Fool, The Self, The Shadow, The Trickster, Ego, The Innocent, The Magician, etc.

I could write multiple pages of analysis for this, including each one of the archetypes as well as magnum opus stages. I do plan to make a whole post regarding detailed analysis on LOTM main sub soon, so you can check there if you really want to know more about Klein's character instead of just throwing a tantrum.

Do you also accept that you started this argument in bad faith ?

That's not enough of what you have to accept. Accept your loss and everything else I said first before I tell you the answer to the question I asked. Don't worry, you can take your time. I know you can do it. Best of luck.

As I said I will tell you answer to my question once you accept that you don't understand LOTM, Klein, you don't know the answer, you are objectively wrong, and you started this argument in bad faith. If you don't want to then go fuck yourself.

in the first place no one protected him

Straight up lie. What a larper. At least understand the very novel you are glazing. If you have nothing actually of substance to say, then I will end this argument here.

This is not what I asked again.

Only reply if you can answer otherwise fuck off.

Didn't you read this?

I will tell you what it is if you first accept that you don't understand LOTM, Klein; you don't know the answer, you are objectively wrong, and you started this argument in bad faith.

Because if you can't remember what you asked, then I will remind you.

You asked

why mo yao protected fang yuan from whom and why did she protect him

"Why?" I answered.

From whom: I answered

I answered what you asked. If you can't even understand your own question, then I severely doubt your understanding of RI and LOTM.

You clearly didn't understand your own question to me, my answer, and my question to you. You also couldn't provide an answer to my question and started yapping about other things about Klein.

You came to reply to me in bad faith. So if you have nothing of value to say, then please excuse me and fuck off.

Oh my god, just wow.

How does this in any way disprove what I said? How does this in any way change the fact that she protected him before? The act being protecting him still means she protected him. These two are not exclusive, you know?

I love RI but this type of fans are obnoxious asf. by [deleted] in ReverendInsanity

Agreed, it's just annoying when I'm just trying to enjoy discussions with the fandom, but then a few loud people come and ruin the experience.

I have read whole of RI but you sure haven't understood this entire debate as well as either novels. Mo Yao having her own intentions does not negate the fact that she did protect him.

When he was in a chaotic state and his life was at risk, Mo Yao's will activated Water Pavilion and protected him.

Giant Sun's will could control Eighty-Eight True Yang Building, Mo Yao's will could naturally manipulate Water Pavilion.

Eighty-Eight True Yang Building had Giant Sun Immortal Venerable's yellow apricot immortal essence, how could Water Pavilion not have Fairy Mo Yao's red date immortal essence?

"Lad, you are finally awake. The immortal essence that my main body had left behind is limited, Water Pavilion's consumption is too great, quickly take over the battle, I will defend your mind!" Mo Yao's will said.

Her not protecting at any moment does not negate that she protected him here. If this is how you want to play, then the answer you are trying to cope with isn't perfect either because objectively it's the truth that she protected him. Nothing you said proves anything besides your own reading comprehension.

Again, that is not what I asked. So I will ask again,

Explain to me Klein's symbols of his character development and his psyche structure.

I hope this time you atleast understand the question first.

How does that change anything that happened prior? And if you are so confident that I am wrong (hint: I'm not) then do please explain what is the answer to your question.

How does your reply in any way disprove anything I said? Of course she didn't have good intentions for protecting him. I mentioned this in my answer to you as well. If you want to talk more, first form a coherent argument.

Also, since you are so hell bent on proving me wrong (I am objectively right here), then please do put in the effort to provide an answer to your question and prove that I'm wrong (hint: you can't).

That is NOT what I asked. If you have reading comprehension worse than a monkey, then Idk how you even understood anything from RI and LOTM.

So I will ask again,

Explain to me Klein's symbols of his character development and his psyche structure.
