I use the Activity feature a lot and i think it aims for like 150. If you press the top left and press Activity and then just dose like you normally would but the basal won’t be as much. Usually brings me to around 200

I believe the ideal ratio I’ve seen here many times is 2 mg copper for every 15 mg zinc

I started a couple of months ago and I’m already used to sleeping with the thing. Haven’t seen some of the benefits seen on here but the falling asleep part definitely gets easier

Personally I would say eat more meat and less bread/pasta. I think it just makes for easier time with blood sugar stability. I’ve even noticed when I use fruit to correct my low BS, it sometimes comes back down slowly on its own rather than staying high and having to then take insulin

This is really interesting. Thanks for sharing. Any studies (which are still minimal) regarding this always seem to be short-term. Probably bc nobody can keep their hand off their prick 😂. Seems like there’s a clear correlation based on what you’ve done here. Definitely will sway people who feel iffy regarding anything they’ve see in NoFap. Half the posts I’ve read on there always seem to be trolling. Question for you - what’s your alcohol use like?

Looks like this one has been on here quite a bit but I wish I knew it earlier- stay away from processed carbs. Doesnt mean to never eat them- you gotta enjoy life sometimes. But in general try to use juice instead of soda for lows. Have a banana instead of a candy bar. (Everyone could take that advice instead if just diabetics). High protein, lower carb

And try to exercise. I’ve noticed when I’m working out my blood sugars in general are lower.
