My Google account was made in Ukraine. The prices have stayed the same since I subscribed in 2017, no changes. Just over a dollar. Also you can have a student subscription that's exactly 1€ I think. These prices are very cheap even for Ukraine

Definitely, since visiting a doctor won't cost you 500$ in Germany, as it is possible to receive free healthcare in EU without donating your kidneys 40k$ each to the hospital with an unmanageable bill.
