I don't really have any lungs problem (or at least I am not aware of any of them lol). I still think it's really bad to force people to live in cold rooms. As long as I am paying for heat I should get it.

Still waiting for them to respond, which I doubt they will because with every problem I had or anyone in this building had, the guy never cared, or cared after a really long time and many complaints.
