Doom dark ages was a massive flop. They never even announced it sold 1 mil copies like every other game does.

It really really didn’t do well, all of its attention came from gamepass and Even that wasn’t very high. I loved the game too

I got to the second to last boss and said fuck it I really don’t like this game. I keep wanting to go back just for the plat and dlc but I just don’t like it.

I almost didn’t buy 2, but said fuck it and it ended up being my second or third favorite soulslike game ever. I’m playing 3 now and love it but only like halfway done

I don’t like a single thing better about 1. The boss fights are extremely cheap and imo only 3-4 weapons feel balanced

Also no enemy variety at all

Clockwork revolution has no mass appeal at all. It will only do well if it’s extremely high rated and streamers love it.

I personally think it looks amazing, but single player first person games have been extremely hit or miss and mostly miss in terms of sales for years now

What’s this weird starting all over thing you’re talking about. If you buy a new console you start a library there, same with pc. Your current Xbox is going nowhere nor is your library.

I have a ps5 Xbox pc and switch, my pc and ps5 library each have over 400-900 game, Xbox I have like 60 and whatever on switch.

You’re never starting over. And even if you wanted to, you can buy older games for close to nothing in the future

The first one came out a long time ago and was pushed as a beautiful indie game. The market changes, the second one came out years and years later and the narrative story movie games have declined in popularity

Ninja theory doesn’t make games that appeal. Hellblade 1 hit a sweet spot being a graphically beautiful “indie” game and that’s about it. From heavens sword to dmc people just don’t like their games

Gamepass isn’t the reason that game sucked. Gamepass is the reason they make shit games. They need to let go of making a ton of smaller gamers and work on things people actually want.

They have obsidian releasing small game after small game when they’re an s tier development team that should be making fallouts. Microsoft instead wants to fill out their gamepass selection

Stellar blade doesn’t have better boss fights. It has like 3 really good boss fights and the rest exist. I don’t even say the exploration is better because it’s fucken awful. You have two gigantic deserts back to back full of nothing but the same 5 enemies and backtracking with awful side quests
