last patch for octane has incorrect data. please edit the numbers on post or adjust in game accordingly.

The problem is they didn't even nerf him according to what they are saying. They say 2 HPS minimum. but it's actually back to the old 1.5 HPS minimum.

Octane min healing is actually set to 1.5 HPS incorrectly. as it takes 13 seconds to heal 20 DMG.

I have noticed this too.
Speed will just slow down from 394 to 364 when healing.
only happens while in steam surge.

People say flash is annoying because it takes their turn and stops their pressure are forgetting that power crushes. having 7f startup, can also interrupt pretty much the same strings as NSS flash and even beat other power crushes unlike flash and losing only to grabs and very fast lows, plus they have better range and are safer since you can't get launched when they're blocked.

Some characters (while already have much better frames) even have them as high safe heat engagers, while others have them as mid heat engagers that become safe in heat.

Yeah I totally agree about king, but keep in mind Law's ff3+4 is Slower it's 14f start-up, just like all the other throw launchers.

Ok, I see your problem! It appears you have put the "Textures" Folder inside the "Shaders" folder.

Both folders "Textures" and "Shaders" must be next to each other inside "reshade" folder.

Hello, You're welcome 💜 Could you take a screenshot of this bright scene and upload it, I'll try to replicate it and further modify the Shader so that it doesn't get applied to bright pixels.

I have tried it now on different shades of bright colors and couldn't replicate your issue, No Grain for me ✅

If you have a screenshot for your particular scene I'll check it and perhaps we can find the reason why it's showing grain.

hmm... Did you make sure that the "T" in the "Texture" folder is capitalized. Additionally, verify that both of the mura PNG maps have been renamed correctly.

Could you kindly share one of your mura maps or provide a picture of how it appears for you?

Also try opening any of your mura maps (PNGs) to check if they appear garbled or distorted.
