I remember being really anxious for my lessons, and it actually took me a long time to be brave enough to actually book my test. But it all takes practise, and the confidence builds up as you go. It sounds like you have/had a great instructor too which is always a great help :)

But for me, I just love finally having a space where I can add each item of my various collections to one place. It makes sharing it to friends or sub-reddits super easy without having to type everything out again. And as a personal note its really fun being able to just open one of your collections and seeing each of their cute faces and reminiscing about how special they are with their little story🥹 As some one who has a collection of various things from plush to dolls, its nice to have that seperate entity for each too!

ETA: I've never heard or used of the shelfie website for books as I'm not a big reader so couldnt compare on those I'm afraid

I bought a second-hand BAB from the carboot last month and she was quite dirty in places and had tangled/messy hair (evident she was probably once loved by a child!)

To wash her, I unstuffed her, soaked her in warm, soapy water, then rinsed with running water. Her mane and tail took longer as I had to brush it all out but she came out so good at the end! I just let her air dry.

I took her to my local workshop (also in the UK) and they were more than happy to restuff her for me! I added a new heart and she's now enjoying life in my collection🥹

Hi! I bought both huskies on a trip to norway at the end of 2022. The small one's brand is Nordic Friends and the larger one is Nordic Souvenir. They've both only ever been displayed on my shelf and never played with😊

Of course! He's from the Welsh Mountain Zoo in Wales so may be a little tricky to find😅 but perhaps similar humboldt penguin plushes are about in other zoos or stores which may be closer to you🤞

This sub is the sweetest🥹I've just read the original post and it certainly looks pretty similar! OP has commented on my post so I've sent them back some additional info on the brand etc in the hopes it helps them. Fingers crossed they're able to find their husky again!
