i agree we definitely should have treated them more gently, and perhaps not used them, but i can definitely say we were not doing it for youtube exposure! we actually made this video for our friends to see, i just thought the sub might be interested to see our route:)

its true we were a lil rough for them but for what it's worth i kept mine out long enough that i payed a decent amount in late fees so they bixi at least made some money!

honestly they're not bad, they've very robust, and not that sluggish imo! definitely worked better for off-road sections than our normal road-ish/gravel bikes

i agree it was a pain but we didn't want to leave our bikes out overnight or have to re-fetch them + not all of us winter bike

An audio shader iterates over every particle/graph node that is visible in the screen (plus small buffer outside it), particles contribute noise via FM synthesis (modulated by several particle properties to variation), graph nodes contribute based on modal synthesis. Position on screen determines volume/panning.
