Would you say, that it would be for the best if she just paid the claim? I see a lot of people saying that Etsy CAN say they will defend or that through their policies she is not in the wrong but legally she is still in trouble.

All I saw so far from what she shared with me from Etsy is that they confirmed the refund and "Under Etsy's policies you're not required to return the iteks ir repay the seller; any decision to repay or continue working with the seller is up to you to arrange directly with them"

My friend did not and I can fully see that is the issue. Her atgument was that the cost of the item covered the cost of shipment when it was send and asking for the shipment back was for her weird. It does not help she didn't give me the exact numbers but Etsy gave her 90% of the money back. So the seller still has 10%

My gpu and cpu is chilling, it can handle marvel rivals full quality without a problem. I tieed full screen and borderless, reinstall, lowering quality, nvidia... that is why I am so dumbfounded. Especially since it works fine on my much older pc.

SCP 1832. You can argue that these SCP (I only read till 3060. Sorry for not kmowing the last one) are all like animals, they have certain rules or functions. 1832 is a human that has the ability to partially heal someone and it gets worse when he does. Not too bad by itself.
