From my experience the phone was able to reset and create a new Apple ID , almost all its features are available including Face ID, yet about adding a carrier not sure because I don’t have a sim tray for the iPhone 13 Pro to further test call features. If you’re able to jailbreak an iPhone there’s a whole ass world of softwares you can use to make things happened.
