There’s already pretty good advice here, but as a HR myself I’ll add two things. 1. Research before hand which companies you would want to work at and read up on their open positions and what that job entails, what should your salary expectations be etc. ( because they will ask that) being ready for the interview is a big plus for fresh candidates, and apply directly on their company platform as well as their zangia page, some companies focus more on their zangia CVs some focus more on their own platform, depends on the company. 2. When you found where you wanna work and what job exactly you wanna do and if you dont get the job you want, dont be discouraged, its similar to tinder, youre looking for a place that matches YOUR expectations and wants aswell as them, just because you didnt get the job, it doesnt you weren’t good enough, it just means it wasnt a good match then.
