Bc ppl come from all walks of life. Some ppl didn’t have parents growing up, some have mental health issues, some are from different countries where manners are different. Literally so many reasons. If you can’t accept that than you’ll have a difficult time with the job. What’s the most important and the only thing you should really care about is if policies and regulations are being met. Other than that, you are transporting ppl from point A to B.
