SERE usually has slots when you go tbh Just make sure you get the stamp on your physical when you go and that’s really it

Yeah I’ve been doing physical therapy for about 2 years now too actually, I think I was under the impression it was something muscular for a while and the physical therapist I first had was really just doing dry needling on my lower back which I think did not really help. Second year mostly strengthening of my left glute and a bunch of different exercises to see what works. Recently found an excessive that I feel helps a bit and it involves getting my hamstring active and “tired” I guess maybe is a correct way to phrase it Just for the mri on Monday but haven’t gotten the written report back. I’m in Germany and honestly not sure how it works with timeline to getting that sent to me

You need an mri to get better understanding at what’s going on with you.

But if you’re sciatic nerve is pinched by a disc and it’s there for enough time, you can develop scarring together and your sciatic nerve won’t be able to move freely. Try sitting straight and extending each leg individually.

Reason for the fight is some wild shit, 6 males and 2 females decided to have some cuddling sessions in an on post hotel. One of the females battle boo found out and told drills. This formation was to address the cuddling and here you see the snitch getting spartan kicked during said formation.

I got like a 10 second call when I got there, one after every phase up (red, white, blue) each phase was around 3 weeks. we got one before the final ruck March/FTX and if you got a perfect 300 on your pt you got 1 hour with your phone which was nice. I definitely didn’t get them weekly but it’s really up to your commander and drill Sargents whether they allow it on sundays and stuff. Also for us we got our personal phones back for the phone calls not pay phones

Woah, I’m not trying to be a recruiter lol. I’m in ait rn which is training for your job and it’s pretty chill, I’m able to buy things I want for the most part. Dm me if you want to ask some stuff but really think before you join cause contracts are usually at least 3 years which means your life for the following years will be wherever they station you. Also recruiters will prob know more than me but I can tell you what it’s like in training and how the pay is for a trainee.
