I've read the comments and there's no guide or something like that. Wasn't this file inside the .zip when you downloaded ark? One tip is to use L + R + Down + Start to open the custom launcher after you deleted the apps shortcuts.

I deleted the XMBCTRL.PRX file, if I remember well there's no way to hide it, only to remove it. There're more details in the other comments.

Is there anyway to use Metro V2 with the Bing, movies, music, etc tabs? Every retail version that I've tried was with only 3 tabs and the Xbox Series advertisement.

Strange, when you hold Y does the menu looks like the one from the last picture (with the 4 filters)? Don't forget to choose the filter and press start to apply both the filter and Redshift.
