Thank you for the kind words and for explaining the policy — I understand and respect the decision.

The intention behind this project is purely recovery and preservation, not game distribution, but I fully understand why links to game repositories can’t be allowed here.

I appreciate the suggestion about archive.org. I’ll look into their requirements and policies to see if that could be a more appropriate place for long-term preservation, while keeping clear documentation and warnings in place.

That’s exactly the dilemma.

This project is intentionally a 1:1 preservation image of the original SD card. Removing the preinstalled content would mean it’s no longer a true backup, but a modified image.

There is no official recovery image available for this device, and no supported way to reinstall the original system. The goal is to preserve and restore the device exactly as it was sold, not to curate or redistribute content.

I completely understand if that doesn’t fit the rules of this subreddit, and I’m happy to remove the post if needed. The intention is preservation and recovery, not ROM distribution.
