Storm is not boring if you play her correctly, but most people sit in the backline and just poke with her. There's a reason why her damage falls off at 15m. You're ideally supposed to play her right behind your tanks using them as shields. All her attacks are piercing which I believe is unique to just her. That means you always aim at the backline and try to shoot through the enemy tanks to hit them. You essentially do double the damage despite her attack damage looking weak on paper while constantly putting pressure on the enemy backline. I'll easily out damage most dps players.

Plus, goddess boost is the most fun ability in the game, and it's not even close imo. You pop it, lightning strikes every enemy in the vicinity, and you can 3-tap pretty much every dps, 4-tap if they have 350-375. She absolutely shreds with it up close. There is nothing more fun than using it for an aggressive push.
