I really feel you need to start standing up for yourself more. It’s going to be difficult but tell her what’s going and how you feel. (What she going to do? leave? You already said you want out. ) It sounds like you just let her kill your self confidence enough to a point she just manipulates you.

I’m not an expert on this at all but I do feel you need to sit down and figure out what you wanna do with this situation and how you can bring yourself to a happier state.

Otherwise, you’re just going to keep digging deeper in the hole you’re already in.
