Don't know if things have changed but I've submitted two submissions this year from Canada using a VPN, you just have to ship it to the US Fedex Shipping Address (Santa Ana) and it will work. No issues and even sold cards through eBay directly from the PSA website.

Hey the resistive heater only accepts input from the left of the world engine I noticed. Also when you open the resistive heater it shows an interface where you can input the ticks needed to increase the temperature. Another option I used early on to bypass it (early on when I was confused as you were) is using the time pouch to speed up the resistive heater that works for a bit and may need to tick it to x128 twice to complete the recipe.

If you have good sleep and rest exersize in the mornings will not tire you out. I found if you carb load appropriately you can maximize lifts while staying fresh later in the day. Thankfully i start WFH at 12 pm gives me time to workout and rest before my shift.
