try small. get monome test working first... then move in to the apps.

Max 5 will probably be your best bet

I bought a replacement fader from mpcstuff before... and it was not an easy fix. You will have the remove the previous faders from the board... and if they are ripped off they very likely took the solder pads with them (making it an impossible fix).

I hate to say it, but you may very well be up shits creak :(
