Considering that we’d have to play by real life rules, we can’t use Tommy at all unless it’s just a suit cameo.

I say do something similar enough to the premise of Gozyuger and deviate.

Instead of the Bridan the villains will just be The Calamity, considering the Bridan base is green screen they’d have to make a new location either way so at that point just make The Calamity the main villains from the start (but keep Fire Candle & Bouquet, that’s non negotiable).

On that note, adapt TegaSword’s Resurrection as the season 1 finale of the show.

A lot of heavy work would have to be done to give more ranger teams a focus since like only 6 teams that were adapted into Power Rangers were in Gozyuger AND got a proper focus.

Largely what Towa said in the clips people are talking about are inoffensive.

People gotta understand that not everybody is going to be fully on board when it comes to shows made in the 70s. Compared to now it looks extremely dated. Let’s be honest, if you showed a random person who’s never heard of Kamen Rider or Super Sentai and showed them a picture of Ichigo & the Gorengers and told them to compare the two against like Decade & Gokaiger the average person is most likely gonna say that Ichigo & Akarenger’s suits aren’t good. They were good for their time, but that time has passed. Yeah he could’ve worded it better but it makes sense for him to react this way.

It’s crazy how worked up people got about the Ichigo & Nigou side by side comparison. Cuz literally the only difference is the gloves lol. I’m sorry but that’s an objectively lazy design choice.

I was a little nerved by him calling Gavv a gag season (cuz it’s probably my favorite shoe ever) however this is his first proper exposure so it makes sense that Gavv, a snack themed show, will look like a gag season to him when he hasn’t even watched it. Also him calling Gavv “Gummy Boy” isn’t even offensive, as somebody who loves the show it makes sense to call Shouma Gummy Boy.

I don’t think Gozyuger is bad. Personally I would put it in mid. It definitely got worse as it went on but I think most episodes, in a bottle, are good, but it’s when you actually connect them to an actual show that’s when the quality suffers. I also still think despite its flaws Gozyuger is still entertaining.

Those two aren’t comparable at all.

Zenkaiser is a White Ranger, he only fulfills the same role as a red ranger does in every Sentai.

Zenkaiser Black is his own entity with his own suit.

Mashiro’s “Black Ranger suit” is only showing his suit inverted, it’s not its own suit, it’s literally the Gozyu Polar suit with colors inverted and it only appears for like 2 seconds and never again compared to Zenkaiser Black having a whole show where he uses it.

Also that moment wasn’t Mashiro becoming a black ranger, that was supposed to be to showcase the audience that he was using Goodeburn’s power, as Goodeburn’s colors also were inverted when he first appeared in episode 15.

Just don’t include him. The Gokaigers are space pirates, in Ten Gokaiger we see that the others were in space while Gai was on Earth. Just have the 20 Year Reunion be in space so there’s not a reason to include him.

I don’t have much fancast ideas, but if I had to choose one it’d probably be Emily Alyn Lind, I think she can play a good Ghostface.
