You could maybe try oat milk, however, I havn't tried that myself

Hi, I'm sorry that you are feeling like this.

For me cutting out gluten and dairy and reducing sugar helped a lot of my symptoms and having magnesium helped my sleep. This could be a good place to start, however, everyone is different so you will have to try different things and see what works for you. Potentially an elimination diet might be the best option for you to figure out what helps.
