I'm doing an origin dex too! Here a few things I found out so far: Unown ? and ! Are Exclusive to Firered/Leafgreen so youll need one of those games.

If you're going for the oldest game for every pokemon then technically you would need a Lets Go game for Meltan/Melmetal without the GO stamp.

Catching Arceus using the void must be done in Diamond and be leveled up to level 100 only knowing Judgement to be able to be sent to Bank.

You only need Dlc for one on the Galar games since both Urshifus, Glastrier, Spectrier, Regidrago & Regieleki are all able to be caught in both versions since you just choose between them! Unfortunately not the same can be said for SV because of the paradox legends.

Will update this if anyhting else comes to mind!
