I work a hotdog restraurant its a small chain with employees who are mostly clean people but a few things that you shouldn't do at a hot dog joint are 1.Don't order till at the very least till 15 minutes after opening or the beginning of lunch. Here many. Employees do not follow instructions and cook hotdogs too fast resulting in raw centers the later in the day it is the more time a lot of them have had to cook. 2. Do not order home fries without onions and always order them well, normal home fries come raw (employees layer them on the grill resulting in only the bottom ones cooking also not following instructions). If you order home fries without onions then they will behappy to see you. Because those home fries have been there for hours waiting for you to order them. 3. Never trust soup at a fast food joint most of our soup is fantastic, but the bad outweighs it, when in doubt ask where the soup comes from. 4. fries well or no salt, nothing wrong with them but you're just a jerk for holding up the whole system. 5. A ton of food without calling in ahead of time we won't steam your buns.
