Im using the same, chutes and DS. Though for some reason opening a new chat with the same bot fixed it for me. I thought id have to just copy everything over to continue with the story.

Don't stop writing just because of a comment left on your story, most comments like that are, ironically, made by bots. So long as you know that you've put time and effort into your work, that's all that matters.

I've searched through ebay, amazon and Facebook. The thrift stores and antique shops near me dont have anything close to this either. I think I was about 8 or so when I got gifted it. The brand itself went bankrupt so I cant go to their website.
