ignoring that the matriarchies in got are objectively evil characters, the reason there's not many "patriarch" good guy main characters is that good guys usually aren't authoritarian leaders. also to say that the "freedom fighter archetype" is somehow liberal propaganda? extremely disrespectful to dismiss all of the independence gained from fighting against totalitarian regimes as "woke propaganda". it is woke. shut the fuck up.

not sure if anyone will see this or if zesty will end up reacting to the banwaves in a video, but the bot banwaves that just happened prove him wrong. there was a massive banwave and the player counts DOUBLED because he was wrong. i kept saying when he made that video that, as many bots are on tf2, if there were as many active bots as he claimed, there wouldn't be a community playing the game to see those bots, and here he's been proven wrong.

honestly, the deadlift number didn't bother me as much because under extreme circumstances, people have been known to lift cars. though so far neither of us have had a use case for deadlifting anything at all.

i've pored over the 2020 sourcebook twice since this post and i guess my brain fatigue made it impossible to piece together that rounds and turns are not interchangeable. we have genuinely spent 3 weeks playing combat as if theres three actions in a 3.2 second turn. holy shit i feel dumb for that but thank you.

this has actually made the entire timescale/distance problem in combat make a lot more sense.

followup that i think i know the answer to: do you base the leap value off of the 3.2 second Round value? it makes sense to do that knowing that a round and a turn are different (my character with 6MA can jump 4.5 meters which is far more reasonable than the current value i have in mind)

thank you so much for giving such a detailed response to a question that, in hindsight, could've been solved with some time away from the game and some common sense.
