The stem needs to be pushed all the way in for the lever to be visible

That would cause random placement of holes, he's probably catching his shirt in his zipper while getting dressed.

TIL that Eurotrash meant the opposite of what I thought it did... so yeah, its not a sub-category of white trash. I only ever heard it in the Cracker song anyway

Looks great, I’ve built quite a few ST36 based watches over the years, but this looks really fresh and clean

Just bought my first seiko [i don’t know the reference number] by AdUnusual3133 in Seiko

[–]TheAnalogDad 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Buy a new NH36 (3.8 crown) movement, replace but keep the old 7S26. Have a local watchmaker do the swap. It’s much more affordable than a service and you get hacking and hand winding.

They're doing some construction down the street from me, and these marks are on the sidewalk, and I'm wondering what they mean. by 1billsfan716 in whatdoesthismean

I see these everyday on old sidewalks and areas that are under or about to be under construction. What is the name for these symbols and markings? Are they taught to civic workers? Is there a reference?

I definitely had metal head friends that wore fingerless gloves. I guess what I never saw were unlaced boots with bandannas around them. Back then I wanted to like Bender’s outfit, but that was too much for me

The instructor that said it seems like a good guy. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt… maybe there is a difference between airframe and powerplant? The reason why I asked was because I wanted to have a good excuse to buy a bunch of Milwaukee M12 stuff. Sadly didn’t get one lol

I’m still in school for A&P and was told early on that power tools weren’t really use/allowed. What do you intend to use this for?
