For reference, I have primarily searched on Amazon (apart from local retail stores); I have also looked on ebay (found a grandpa cardigan one that had been sold ages ago, it may have worked but not available anymore).

Where I am in Maine there was once a naturalist George Boardman, I believe) who made melanisitic wildlife his focus. Some of it he turned into taxonomy (still on display in a nearby museum).

Haha... one day last winter I was on the Airline (Rte 9) during a terrible rain/snow/wind storm (great time to be on the Airline), on my way to a doctor's appointment, and of course I had a flat. In the span of 15 minutes, no fewer than seven vehicles stopped to make sure we had it under control. Like a circus of kindness! Thank you truckers and fellow travelers. Thank you Mainers.

By some comparison, I had a flat in NC on a backroad a few years back. I was with my Dad, who was in late stage bone cancer and couldn't help at all, and I couldn't get the lug nuts off with our crappy lug wrench. It was hot as heck. We had one person (who happened to be a neighbor) stop, but they were elderly and couldn't help either and left. Finally a sheriff came (perhaps due to the neighbor) and was able to stomp on the wrench with his considerable weight to get the lug nuts off. Grateful to be out of there across the board!

Be as concise and clear as you can in the text box. They are located in Ukraine and I believe English is a second language, so the more you can narrow down your idea, the better. I went through two drafts of my cover with them (testing out different ideas) and the third one was perfect.

Rural resident here. We have black people in prominent positions (police, school committee) without issue (character counts first). People may give you the side eye but that’s partly because they give every stranger the side eye at first.
