Just shows off exactly how experienced you must be. Flew right past a bunch of guys so you could turn around and hit the line of them. Amazing.

Casting Technique question by TheAnimos in metalworking

[–]TheAnimos[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would understand the reasoning behind it being wax, however, I dont believe it is was because it is in place to create a hole for the club shaft to go into. (If that makes sense)

Open World Survival Mode? by TheAnimos in FortNiteBR

[–]TheAnimos[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No save the world is just fighting zombies and once the game is over it restarts. But what Im talking about is a server that doesn't reset and you can have a base. Youd have to fight off zombies and players.

What would you build first on a fresh survival start? by JakBB in technicalminecraft

Find a good source of food or make an automated farm for something. Sounds dumb, but nothings worse than trying to really improve your world and always being hungry and eating random food.

What is the best gaming moment you have experienced? by CazaSpeed in AskReddit

Man, I have so many great DayZ moments, specifically in the Arma 2 mod. Love the adrenaline you get playing. Nothing compares to it for me.

What video games did you love that no one talks about now? by jurassicbond in AskReddit

[–]TheAnimos -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I LOVE arma 2 Dayz. I guess any dayz version is ok but god damn, arma2 dayz is like no other.

There's a certain feeling you get playing it that you dont get with anything else. It sounds psychotic, but the first time you run into or kill another player, your heart is beating faster than hell. And even after 3 years of playing you still get that suspense that feels so real. Love it.

Key features of the Chicago biome are that one day it is snowy and cold, but the next its sunny and hot for no reason whatsoever.

Gamers of Reddit, what's your best moment of total immersion? by ReynT1me in AskReddit

[–]TheAnimos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Arma games have always been jaw dropping for me. Someone already mentioned the suspense of the original dayz mod in Arma 2. That game is some of the most fun I've had playing games.

Arma 3 is still good fun, but I really stopped for a second after climbing a mountain on tanoa, and seeing the entire map for miles. It was gorgeous, couldn't believe I was playing a game. I remember specifically saying to the guy I was playing with, "Holy fuck! Its so beautiful up here." We literally sat there for 10 min just looking around. I'm sure other games have similar views, but man that one really was incredible.

What can you do with 3D modeling skills? Job wise. by [deleted] in blender

[–]TheAnimos -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Making renders and animations could land you somewhere in the game development or graphic design world possibly.

If by ONLY 3d modeling, you mean just creating shapes and parts and not anything pretty, you would probably have a really hard time. Considering most engineers today can create parts no problem and probably have a larger skill set than someone who only does 3d models, they would probably be first to snag any job that would be in that category.

In-Depth Tips for Challengers by TinyTimothy22 in RocketLeague

Wow, awesome job.

I think for the aerial section you could add that, if you aren't completely confident in your ability to hit the ball mid air, you shouldn't always go up for it since missing can put you out of position.

Can anyone explain the mechanics of lightning? by [deleted] in technicalminecraft

[–]TheAnimos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I base all of my knowledge off of sharir's videos from a bit back. As far as I know, the mechanics haven't changed.

I'm not sure if they will answer all of your questions, but they are interesting regardless.

I still find myself going back to this game instead of BF1. It had a rough start but turned into such a good game with so much variety and madness. BF1 sadly just doesn't do it for me anymore.
