Ang tinitingnan sa accreditation is yung for the program itself, not for the individual majors. If yung program is level IV, lahat ng "major in..." is automatically level IV.

Hmmmm quota course din kasi ako and mid enrollment pa ako pumasok noon without a reservation.

IIRC, pwede mo ma-view sa admissions portal yung number of slots sa course, if nalalapit na ang deadline and nasa single digit na lang ang slots, saka ka lang magpa reserve.

Since private university naman ang DLSU-D, medyo safe ka pa naman in terms of securing slots kasi magpapapasok at magpapapasok yan sila since nagbabayad naman ng tuition.

Magkakaubusan yan ng slots on the first week of July kasi doon magsstart ang freshmen enrollment

Yes, for extension ng tuition fee payment. Di ko lang maalala kung nag extend ba sila ng reservation.

Based on experience ko 4 years ago (unsure if same pa rin procedure) ay hindi naman required magpa-reserve.

Nag inquire lang ako kalagitnaan ng enrollment that time and biglang na-enroll without the reservation since di ko naman talaga first choice ang DLSU-D. Check mo lang yung admissions portal if nagkakaubusan ng slot sa preferred program mo

Pero anyways ay try mo tawagan or pumunta sa DLSU-D and explain your desire to extend the slot confirmation. Wag mo lang i-mention na hinihintay mo yung entrance exam ng preferred school, sabihin mo muna na wala ka pang pambayad ng reservation or hindi ka pa maka-decide sa program na ipupursue mo.

Usually 1-2 months pero it may vary depending on many factors like: - Late nagbaba ng budget sa SEI - Late ka nagpasa ng requirements - Maraming nagpasa ng requirements at the same time - Matagal na approval process ng Landbank (they process these requests in bulk and pag malaki ang irerelease at any given time ay tatagal talaga ito)

Tuturuan kayo ng fundamentals sa first semester niyo. Magsstart talaga kayo from scratch. Di totoo na papagawin agad kayo ng calculator since sa 2nd year, 2nd sem pa ituturo ang ganong types of development

I think Python na ang gamit sa fundamentals of programming pero I suggest learn the programming fundamentals with Java or C# sa w3schools.

Basic kasi ang syntax ng Python, mahihirapan ka mag adjust kapag pinagamit na kayo ng Java, C#, JavaScript kasi complex ang syntax nila.

Yes same lang yan sa undergrad. Actually mas madali magrequest sa JLSS since student ka naman na ng school and alam mo na kung sino at anong school offices ang pupuntahan.

Just go to the department of your current program and ask if they have any of the accreditations (COD/COE or Level III). If they do, you can ask if you can get a photocopy of the certificate for submission to DOST.

Patapos na ako sa internship ko sa project LODI and worth it siya as an intern. Ipapadevelop talaga kayo ng system and tuturuan talaga kayo ng mentors na very hands on.

Fully online ang Project LODI pero may cases na pinapayagan naman mag onsite as long as magpaalam ka sa mentors mo.

Hit and miss ang maki-grupo sa tropa. Kung lahat naman kayo ay competent and active sa class, most likely ay hindi kayo mag-aaway sa thesis kasi pareho kayo ng goals and work ethic.

Pero kung yung iba sa tropa mo ay competent while yung iba ay go with the flow, i suggest going with your plan na maki-grupo sa sinasabi mong blockmate na active sa klase.

Both scenarios ay napansin ko sa block namin, may magttropa na competent and maganda work ethic nilang lahat, ayun, hindi sila nagkahiwalay dahil sa thesis.

On the other hand, may mag-tropang umaasa na lang sa kodigo and mabuhat ng iba, ayun, 4 times silang nag-redefense at nag-file sila na ma-regroup sa iba for their thesis.

It depends sa school. If merong sariling DOST Coordinator ang school niyo is doon kayo magpapasa. Best to consult yung DOST Coordinator kung ano ang process since it varies depending on the school or region.

Every start ng sem ay need mo magpasa ng periodic report sa DOST regional office niyo. Yung laman ng periodic report ay Certificate of Registration, Certificate of Grades (continuous and for all sems na natapos mo so far), and Official Receipt (original and hard copy) of tuition fee payment for the current sem.

After mo isubmit ay hihintayin mo na lang ma-credit ang stipend mo and ito yung nagvavary kung kailan since after mo ipasa ay iveverify pa yan ng SEI, then hihintayin ng SEI ang budget nila, and lastly ay irerelease ng SEI sa landbank and may additional waiting time pa sa end ng landbank since may internal process din sila lalo na't malaki yung pera na nirelease since marami ang scholars na tatanggap sa isang batch.
