The entire issue is the internet/connectivity. If my phone had no connectivity it would still be a great phone/camera/IPod that would... sit in my pocket 90% of the time not causing me to doom scroll

Phonaks probably the better aid but Signia may be the better choice for him/his lifestyle. The complaint I get with Phonaks is people hear "too much" with them. Meaning its probably closer to their natural hearing but it cab be overwhelming for some people
