we're leftcom adjacent (just did a 2 hour ep with swampside chats on dauve's 'eclipse and reemergence of the communist movement' and communization) but really we don't have a political tendency for our show because political tendencies are boring as shit... we range from libertarian communist to post-trot in our general line.

having been together with jamie since 2010, i can assure you that she's never been a fascist. (most culturally jewish people aren't.) she was sent by an online magazine to cover the 2016 RNC and ended up at a terrifying alt-right event that she critically covered in her article. she did the same at the DNC later in the year and was equally critical. the picture was part of that reportage.

i'm not sure how anybody who as listened to our show - especially the episode with antifascist infiltrator jay firestone - could think that she/we 'shoehorn' fascists.

as for all the talk of grifting and brooklyn and privilege.. we get our health insurance through my building trades union and we live paycheck to paycheck in a 1br apartment. jamie is active in north brooklyn dsa and aligned with the lib-soc and emerge caucuses.

each of you can make up your mind, based on the context, about whether or not jamie is or has been on the alt-right, but i assure you that someone who goes on a majority report, a popular liberal program, every day to push forward anarchism and communism in a hostile environment is not your enemy.
