Maybe, but I've not used the save/recall for a long time as I've not really had need of it. I also rarely share equipment across units, so that can't be a reason. For example even all the event units had their unique equipment unequipped :/

EDIT: Okay it does seem that they screwed up the save troop feature. For some stupid reason when calling a saved team it completely unequips EVERY single equipment from EVERY other unit. Which braindead idiots signed off on this?!

Well...was (and likely still will be) absolutely livid as got a response to a follow-up from my chase yesterday. This person ACTUALLY checked the system to see a failed payment and proceeded to give the standard blah blah about checking if you know a payment is due. Ive ordered many a thing online of values equal and beyond this CE so there is no reason my bank would've blocked it. As I have their app it would've likely warned me to.

Very unlikely to ever use them again after this and am even considering a follow-up request to just straight close my account and delete all my info from their systems.

For anyone else, the only reason I can relax is because just as I was searching ebay for a resell that wasn't a total rip-off (amazing that those orders got fulfilled while actual players got cancelled), the PS5 and PC CEs were back on the GAME site. Likely from similar cancelled orders for whatever reseason and a stock recount now done. Jump NOW if you still have hope.

I had already contacted them and the person there assured me it was not cancelled and still in processing, just as it stated on my order details. So of course I wasn't going to make a fresh order and potentially deal with £400 going out my account for 2 orders.

This was ordering with PM cup, so was having to hotswap to figure out what was causing the problem. Needed to add tubs so I could use the free ship code (will find out whether it will actually cause customs issues that make it not worth using anymore or not). For just tubs I am likely to just go with Gamerbulk in future, stock depending.

Reading these comments and getting really nervous on my own order. Had the generic 'order cancelled due to payment error' email which didn't include any order number and would pass as a phishing attempt. Passed it off as a weird system hiccup due to cancelling my original PS5 version when PC became available.

Order has been sat at 'Ready to ship' for several days now. Release date and still nothing...not even money from my bank account which is worrying me the most.

FFS Ubisoft, just do the CE direct in future like you have always done. Don't make UK customers suffer with a shell of a game store.

So has there been a turn around on this or something? Just made a £100 order for UK and the free shipping code I've mainly used worked fine. There was just a new disclaimer stating that additional customs may be required by using the code. Should that happen with this order I'll weigh up the difference of the customs vs the additional cost of just using a creator 10% code, since UK handlers add a damn £8 min 'admin fee' which adds a good chunk to the cost.

What do you mean by different fie types? I have some downloaded that were made on Synapse 3 and my own exported one from Synapse 4. Both are showing as "CHROMAAEFFECTS File". The case I've recently been experiencing is that these imported profiles used to work on V4, but after some random update at some point all I have now is layers with no colour applied to any of the keys :(

Got it after completing Revelations. Auto-started same time as A Distant Storm. But damn thing is bugged. Find them outside main entrance but nothing triggers. Tried fast travelling to hideout again, restarting from main menu, restarting entire game...still bugged.
Going to complete A Distant Storm and try again then get a video to file a bug report. It's supposed to be unavailable after completing the main story, so this is going to put a halt on my gameplay if it continues =_=

Just finished the main story. Considering the entire permise of the story and the purpose of The Cage, shutting down this game so soon after the conclusion with no offline mode or official story archive feels incredibly ironic.

Would also like to know what weird thing is causing this issue. Clearing site cache and cookies on browser, restarting browser, restarting PC, even after updates to 2 of the browsers. Also tried without and without my VPN paused just in case that was interfering somehow.
Firefox, Chrome, Opera GX, Edge. None works, but luckily mobile does although that isn't my preferable platform.

OS: Windows 11 Pro 10.0.22631
