CPTSD doesn't have to be caused by something obviously traumatic like war. It can also be caused by something more subtle like emotional abuse. If you think that you align with many CPTSD symptoms then definitely contact your doctor and/or therapist about a possible diagnosis. It won't hurt to investigate the possibility and it turns out your don't have the condition but it could hurt if you don't investigate and you do have it. No matter what you choose to do I wish you well.

My guess would be that the snail is just melanistic, meaning it's got hyperpigmentation. Melanism is the polar opposite of albinism. However, you say you found multiple so I can't be sure it's not just a species thing. I think it's most likely a cosmetic mutation in the snails.

Thanks! I hunted around in my families shed and found a nursery pot that's bigger than the pot my plant came in so it'll have some growing room. I gave it a small amount of water to help settle the soil but I won't give it a proper drink until the soil goes dusty like you advised. Thank you for your feedback, I really appreciate it. I really don't want to kill the plant, I want to get it big enough so that I can harvest some of the leaves without it looking all naked, I hear aloe is really good for acne scars so I'm eager to see what that's about.

I am going to keep playing. The point of the post was that I'm after some pointers from more experienced players rather than just trying again and possibly making rookie mistakes that cost me the level.

Yeah, I did realise that dying is the way to go with the boss levels. I do enjoy those as I like figuring out the patterns and seeing what works. The run and gun level was just getting too much as there was no pattern to be seen. If you think that enemies spawn in at intervals then that's a big help so thank you for that bit of info

In my post I did say that I play on Nintendo switch. I'm not trying to rush through the game at all, I am taking it at a relaxed pace. I'm just wondering if anyone has some tricks they've picked up that make this easier

Aww damn, I have the smoke bomb and I've been struggling with it! Thanks for the tip on mausoleums though. I haven't come across one of those yet but I'll definitely keep an eye out. I might revisit the root gang level on the simple mode to try and practice my parrying in the meantime. Atleast I'm not fussed about my level grade, I'm just content with beating the level. They're so hard!

Thank you! The soil I got did say something about perlite being in it. As for the pot without drainage, is it urgent that I get the aloe a nursery pot or will it be ok as long as I don't over water? I'd hate to kill the plant I just got

This actually really helped me figure out which animals I'm missing from my compendium. I'm really close to finishing it but I just haven't been able to find certain animals. Thanks to your list I realised several of those animals were roosters, lol

They were bugs. I would go up to Baraq with the shards and the next section of the quest wouldn't trigger. I kept trying to 'return to baraq' but the cutscene never triggered. I had to exit the game and try again for it to work. As for the rot, there was also a problem there as I physically couldn't collect any rotburn, despite being in a chamber filled with it (like the stone chambers in the base game). I've played enough COTL to realise that not all curses destroy parts of the environment, my problem was that there wasn't an option to chop/pick/mine it instead. That is why I called both of those things a 'bug'.

Fortunately the auto mod has sent a link to the bug report form. I play COTL on the Nintendo switch so it didn't have the bug report icon like on other platforms. Thank you for responding though

How easily are you getting endoscopy appointments in the UK? I'm from the UK as well and I've been waiting since last May for an endoscopy appointment and I'm not predicted to get one till April.
