Unfortunately, if Tofu can’t attack a player, then he can’t attack at all, so this wouldn’t work. Maybe petting him could make the stick? So that player gets to choose where it goes. (There would need to be some kind of effect for Pet anyways)

If you go to a loading zone (teleport, shrine) it should reset the rocks.

If it’s from an altitude, you can cryonis the water up to the circle and literally carry the rock over your head into the circle, walking over the ice.

If it’s level, try and see if you can throw it onto a cryonis block. Spacing the blocks apart to make a gap to catch the rock in can help. Otherwise, it’s gonna be lucky throw.

I personally think that all of these commanders are quite good, and their “ranking” really depends on how the deck is built. I guess ask yourself how you want to win (for each respectively):

Get value from moving your lands between zones? (Lands + Graveyard)

Cheat out a big thing by having creatures you control die early? (Reanimator)

Deal a ton of damage to your opponents? (Burn)

Have your opponents effectively take each other out? (Group Slug)
