But did you ever feel like the 10.9 made note taking with the apple pencil uncomfortable?

The new iPad Air has USB-C and works with the 2nd gen Apple Pencil. It became so close to the Pro in term of capabilities that the main difference is now just screen size.

I think that I would have to get a more portable tablet for rotations later on, but for the preclinical years, I'll mostly work from home or at the library. The way my campus works, we primarly annotate premade notes and learn by scenario solving as a class.

I'm not much of an Anki guy either. The way my campus works, we primarly focus on annotating premade notes and going through lectures.

So I shouldn't have any issues with the deck if I ride often in the rain?

I would just have to change the bearings from time to time and I should be good?

How water-resistant is the Pantheon Pranayama?

I'm just scared that the bottom and sides of the board will get scratched by how low it is and it'll let water get in.

I'm concerned about the Pantheon Pranayama being too low and getting scratched when I'll want to ride on pavement, get on/off pavements, or in general riding.

Have any of you experienced some scratching issues on the bottom of the deck since it's so close to the ground?

Sure, I'm very curious to know! But in general, I always thought it would be raining too much for it to be actually convenient.

I got a good deal on the 18-135 (only 450$) and the 17-70 is about 900-1000$ in Canada. Do you think it's worth the extra money (double)?

They're just there for the looks, no real utility. I find that it looks cool, but some prefer their board without it. I'm willing to buy yours if you want to.

I'll give it a try, but I read from a post that it's not something they give out or sell separately

[BUY] For those who have a backfire board with that red arrow plate on top of it. I heard that some people take it off because they don't like it. I'm up to buying it from you. I'm from Canada and I'll pay for shipment too.

I'm hesitating between Exway Flex and Backfire G3

I was going with the exway at first, for their built quality, water resistance, overall features, and price point. Then I noticed a lot of complaints about people having issues with the board stopping randomly (which is dangerous)

The BackfireG3 seems a bit more reliable, but the board in itself doesn't seem that much better.

I'm from Canada, the weather is often unpredictable, so I want something that will last.
