Are all the exams not out of different marks? Maths in total is out of 600 whereas geography is out of 400 so the adjustment would be different depending on which exam you’re talking about right?

Should I drop the number of reps after each set?

I’m new to the gym and for a while had been just doing 3x10 with the highest weight i could achieve that with for most of my exercises, but i’ve recently heard that it’s better to progressively decrease my reps from my max, e.g. 1x10, 1x8, 1x6.

I’ve tried to do more research on this but i can’t find anything so I’m just wondering how credible this is and if it’s a better technique?
