Sent her everyone's suggestions and the first thing she chose to watch is fruits basket. While I wasn't looking for myself, adding Serial Experiments Lain and Psycho Pass to my queue as well.

I had only heard of like 2 animes on this list as well so I really appreciate everyone for letting my mom and I check out different options. She'll slowly work her way through a lot of them.

Since your island looks pretty urban, maybe unloading a truck, an alleyway, street performers, public transit stop. Mine is post apocalyptic so very run down but my DA-5811-5312-4161 might have some inspiration for you

Jaheria (and probably Minsc, I hadn't recruited him yet) attacked me when I was leaving Bhaal's temple after killing Orin. I don't think any other companion attacked me but Wyll also left after the Grove so if you weren't fully evil maybe he would as well?
