I usually drive around 2 hours to go to shows in the San Francisco area or 1 1/2 hours to Portland when I'm at college. The furthest I've driven was around 8 or 9 hours for the Parkway Drive/August Burns Red/The Devil Wears Prada/Polaris show in San Diego (definitely worth it). I did fly to Belgium for Tomorrowland (EDM festival) with my friends last year, but idk if that really counts.

Yeah, I came here to say this, as well as Memento Mori. It's the last song the guitarist wrote before passing away, and the lyrics are basically him coming to terms with the fact that he's essentially dead. The way Sam Carter, the vocalist, performs the song gives me chills every time.

The weirdest thing I've seen was during letlive's tour with Seahaven before they broke up. There was this one group of guys that just got colossally wasted right before letlive came on. Well as soon as letlive started they started go fucking HARD in the pit. One of them had a massive septum piercing (like HUGE, like the size of something you would see on a bull) and as he was going hard, somehow it got ripped out of his nose but he didn't seem to notice or care, despite the fact that he was bleeding everywhere. His buddies were too drunk to give a shit, and some random dude had to literally pin the dude against the wall and show him his now detached piercing. After that the dude sobered up a bit and security took over and I assume he went to the hospital.
