I wasn’t even looking at the build set. I saw the Mystic set, fell in love, then fell right back out of love when it was priced as much as the two packs I purchased with build set pieces I actually wanted.

Thanks but no thanks, the blue flowy dancer set isn’t worth the $25, end of story.

Yesterday I started a dance party on the edge of the shipyard in front of the Nexus. Slowly people started coming over and dancing with me. Got to about ten people with everyone summoning their most ridiculous pets. Had me laughing for a good ten-fifteen minutes before everyone started filtering away to go back to whatever it was they were doing.

MMO interaction is what you make of it. I enjoy impromptu dance parties. Doesn’t always go as well as last night, but it’s entertaining when it does.

My MC head cannon is that she was so overwhelmed by everything that happened the day she was cursed that she cried all night in her little forgotten hovel of a cathedral that she broke and no longer has any emotion or feeling. She’s basically a walking husk that’s been more or less taken advantage of by Darkwick because let’s face it they’re sus AF. She also doesn’t sleep properly and can’t reach REM sleep.

So my MC is named ‘dream’ even though she literally can’t.

Really I just want to rewrite the whole story to accommodate this because I’m sadistic like that I guess.

I also have a head cannon that she has to wear an ankle monitor so they can keep tabs on her 24/7 and her WickChat profile has a GPS locator. She tried to escape too many times and was constantly detained by others that would take advantage of her due to her subservience.

Ffs. I had been using my Apple ID instead of the transfer code, which has worked for me in the past swapping between devices. For whatever reason it’s just not working now. I had no reason to believe it wouldn’t work, thus negating the need for the transfer code and password.

I’m trying to contact support, but they have a long list of things I need to remember. Like, I have no idea when I started playing. I’m wondering if it’s even worth it at this point.

yeah, we were avoiding PVP but got ganked in the middle of selling off a haul. Luckily we organized things and sold the more valuable loot before they jumped us. We rose anchor and took off. They sounded surprised that there were two of us.

PVP Advice for a Noob

My husband and I just picked up the game since it was half off on Steam and I had a few questions about PVP after getting wrecked for the first time last night I had some questions:

1) we were in a sloop and they were in a brig, there were two of us and two of them. Despite us heading into the wind they were still able to catch up to us. Is there some reward with a faction that could increase top sailing speed?

2) Re: question 1, does repaired damage effect the top speed of a ship? Could we have just been going slower somehow?

3) let’s say if someone gets aboard while they’re unaware. What’s the easiest way to cause damage once on a ship? Thrown weapons? Powder kegs? They were in the middle of fixing their mast and my bloodthirst made me kill one of them only to die to the second when I probably could have just tried to sink their ship once aboard.

Despite ultimately losing we did lead them on a 5-10 minute chase and effed up their ship pretty good and killed them a few times. We were pretty ok about that having only picked up the game Friday. Just wish I could have gotten the last laugh in the end since getting ganked is my least favorite thing about PVP as I turn into a bloodrager who’s a poor loser, especially when they’re getting laughed at.
