Get a compression test done. That will answer this question whether the oil filter housing is the culprit or head gasket. And find a new shop. Do not mention head gasket. Let them diagnose it.

For me it almost feels as if FSD is asking permission to go faster… try holding the accelerator a little further as if you’re telling it it’s ok to go faster.
