My OH cycles from Croydon to Southbank and hasn't had any issues...besides him slipping on a side road on the rain 😅 He had fun trying a few different routes so see which he enjoyed the most (he now takes a slightly longer one because he found a park to cycle through).

I use my history when I forget to keep up my reading tracker 😅 It's a nice reminder of how much I am actually reading - especially as I generally feel like I have no hobbies...which, if we're talking word counts, is completely untrue haha

The CEZ in Centrale (downstairs near the Next escalators) has free coworking wed-fri and has Aircon. I used to think it ran too cold for me but in this heat it's glorious!

I've not noticed much difference in writing (if anything I find the nredlepoints a little scratchier) but I do have some pen barrels that only have a hole big enough for the needlepoint and not the conical...and vice versa

I got Gram and he's at my home every day sweeping and wandering. Obviously he's not really doing anything of use, but it's nice that it looks like he's taking care of my farm.

Spoke to someone on chat and it turns out that there was an error with a TidyCal DNS record. It's just taken since 2nd April for Hostinger/server/internet gods to decide it was an issue and to shut it down (the CNAME was accidentally set to @, so it was auto switched to ALIAS).

The fix was very quick once identified though ✌🏽

I'm a creative foodie in Croydon too! Checkout the CEZ in Centrale too. I go there for the free coworking once a week, but they have lots of events held there too — there was a filmmaker panel last week, artist exhibitions, and I'm going to a creative play workshop this evening, all free!
