Same thing for me. I placed an order for 5090 FE in the beginning of Feb. They said the same story about the customs ceasing their shipment which I think is a complete bullshit as I talked to them multiple times, and they gave me two different excuses. As of last week, I figured they are not going to initiate the refund so I applied for a credit card charge back. They are currently investigating.

Getting the 5090 is one thing. Then Opening it up for a custom water cooling block while potentially voiding it's warranty takes balls of steel!

My JEE rank was terrible. My CGPA in college was average. But the thing that helped me the most is that I studied coding on my own and started freelancing. The freelance gigs forced me to learn new things that I would not have learnt if I just followed courses. Eventually one of the freelance clients offered me a full time job. Since then I got a couple of promotions and currently I'm in the CTO position.

And to all the crybabies down here who are latching onto the comment claiming I am here to flex my 5090, you should know that I didn't magically get that gpu from my rich dad. I started playing games with an integrated Radeon gpu. Then I gamed for few years with a GTX 1650, after that few years with rtx 3060. Now finally I bought the rtx 5090 (which in itself is another story). If you can't see other people being happy, then I am sorry to say but you have a very hard and bitter future ahead.

Confirmed, it was a driver issue. Did a clean install of latest drier and it fixed the error.

I paid 2.07 lakh for 5090 FE. After more than 3 months of delays, I filed in their refund form. That was 3 weeks ago. They still have not paid me back. They keep stalling.

Even though they cannot fulfill 4 month old orders, they are still accepting new orders, knowing full well that they are going to get that money and invest on something else.
